About Us

Britney Kempf is the founder and president of Deeply Rooted Family Ministries.

Here is a little background about her and her heart for this ministry:

"Let me share a little background of how God led me to seek family ministry. While I was pursuing my business degree, I started dating a man named Bobby. Now any wise woman would find ways to spend more time with a handsome man, so I started volunteering with the youth group that he was leading. I was clueless at how much work, trial and error, and hardship it would bring; however, over the nine years I spent with them, my passion was ignited for young people.

During that time, I left the corporate world behind to be a stay-at-home mom, and a few years later, I was invited to be a school-age Bible study leader at Bible Study Fellowship for four years. Throughout those years, the Lord expanded my heart to the whole family.

When we worked with the youth group, I noticed a powerful and effective approach to developing deep relationships with the youth. As we learned, served, and fellowshipped together, challenged each other, and had fun with each other, our relationships with them grew closer, and their relationship with God grew stronger as well. This approach worked so well that we continually apply these areas in our own family now.

All these steps, the Lord directed, stirred up a desire in me to share what I had learned with other families. Ministry was never on my mind, but God had other plans. And through His leading, Deeply Rooted Family Ministries was established in May 2023."

our values

Learn

Jesus became deeply rooted by learning in the synagogue and humbly learning about others. We also become deeply rooted when we learn about God and those closest to us.

"Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you."  Philippians 4:9

Serve

Jesus became deeply rooted by serving God with His whole heart and compassionately serving others. We also become deeply rooted when we serve God and those around us.

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.”  1 Peter 4:10

Grow

Jesus became deeply rooted by growing His relationship with His Father and fellowshipping with His dearest followers. We also become deeply rooted when we grow in fellowship with our Heavenly Father and walk through life together with our earthly family.

“Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.”  Colossians 2:7

As families engage in learning, serving, and growing together, they will develop deep roots.
